于景印:男, 博士在读,助理研究员,生物信息岗位。从事油料作物功能基因组学和比较基因组学研究。主要负责油料作物生物信息平台建设和比较分析研究,生物信息支持,服务器的管理和安全维护。参与研究室油料作物抗病,油脂代谢,以及开花相关基因的比较基因组学及分子机制研究工作。 参与多项973863、面上项目、自然科学基金和所长基金等项目,并承担生物信息分析工作。参与白菜、甘蓝、油菜和芝麻的基因组测序和比较分析等工作。迄今共发表论文20篇,其中SCI论文15篇。
