Users can browse ESTs and unigenes resources of  four oil crops in ocsESTdb, including EST information in NCBI, EST and unigenes of four oil crops that ocsESTdb collected; Unigenes of gene ontology enrichment analysis in four oil crops.

User can browse the Acyl-Lipid metabolism pathway of four oil crops unigenes that participated in. Users can click "+/-" tag for interested pathway, also by clicking entry name to understand corrosonding pathway. 


User can browse the KEGG pathway of four oil crops unigenes that participated in. Users can click "+/-" tag for interested pathway, also by clicking entry name to understand corrosonding pathway and users can extract information the reactions and products that the unigenes participated in and produced.

This is an metabolic network example of A.hypogaea unigenes. In this section, there are 3,480 unigenes participated in A.hypogaea metabolic network and produced 1,908 metabolites, which refered to 1,654 reactions. According to different functions, the whole metabolic network can be divided into 12 sub-networks, which can be distinguished by different colors.

Users can get unigene detail information by inputing putative unigene ID of four oil crops.Users can obtain functional information by inputing putative functional ID of  GO, IPR and COG, and also can retain pathway information that unigenes participated in of four oil crops.
